A Very Special 2020 - Virtual Retreat
Due to the ongoing situation with Covid-19 our annual Summer Retreat that takes place in Ireland every year will take shape in a virtual workshop | Seminar via Zoom.us this year .
Although this year we cannot physically get away to come to Ireland, we can still carve out the time and space to focus and find stillness within ourselves, enjoy the intense training, the sweat, the pain, the laughters in a fun-filled 3 days, in our own homes, and sharing these memorable times with an inspiring and likeminded community of KungFu Brothers and Sisters from all around the globe.
TRAINING
Shifu Yan Xin (34th Generation Shaolin Disciple) will be teaching us Shaolin Seven Star Fist during theses 3 days. Each day is compacted with 3 hours of intensive training, working on our kung fu foundations such as deep stretches, stance work, kicks combined with the learning of the Seven Star Fist form and it's applications, be prepared to train your hearts out like never before.

Schedule
Each day will be made up of 3 hours of traditional Shaolin kung fu training, where training starts 14:00 BST with stretching, foundation training such as stances and kicks and then Shifu will dive Deep into the forms learning.
The training is designed to take you on a step-by-step journey to experience how a true shaolin kung fu warrior trains in China. The training is suitable for all levels, all you need to bring is a positive attitude, an open mind & heart and willingness to train hard.
Thursday, July 16:
19:00 - 20:00: BST Welcome tea chat
We will all prepare our favourite tea, come on to zoom to meet the group, have a chat about the coming days of training, and the session ends with a gentle stretch and meditation session led by Shifu Yan Xin
Friday, July 17 - Sunday 19 July (3 Days of Training)
14:00 - 17:00 BST: Stretch and Foundations Training & Seven Star Fist Learning and Practicing.
